Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Only prepaid orders are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we offer coupon codes instead of a refund.
